The import of used personal computers and phones has been prohibited
from February 20, according to Circular 04 issued in January by the
Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The Government issued Decree 187/2013/ND-CP (20 November 2013) providing
details of implementation of Commercial Law on activities of
international purchase and sale of goods.
